Terms and Conditions

The online payment facility is provided for the payment of broadband internet, voice services, installation charges, security deposits, router charges, invoices, and any other charges levied by the Company.

  • Net Banking
  • Mobile Wallets
  • Other payment methods supported by the payment gateway

The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Payment confirmation is subject to authorization by your bank or payment service provider.
  • A payment receipt will be generated upon successful transaction.
  • Customers are advised to retain the payment receipt for future reference.

5. Service Activation

  • Existing customer payments are generally reflected within a few minutes after successful payment.
  • New service activations or renewals are processed according to the Company's operational procedures.
  • During maintenance, banking delays, or technical issues, payment updates may take up to 24 hours.

6. Failed Transactions

If your bank account has been debited but the payment status shows unsuccessful:

  • Please wait up to 24 hours for automatic reconciliation.
  • If the payment is not updated, contact our Customer Support with the transaction details.
  • Duplicate payments will be verified and adjusted or refunded after verification.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Entering the correct Customer ID, Billing Account Number, Telephone Number, or Invoice Number.
  • Ensuring sufficient account balance before initiating payment.
  • Keeping payment credentials confidential.
  • Verifying payment details before submission.

The Company shall not be responsible for payments made using incorrect customer details provided by the customer.

8. Security

  • All online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
  • The Company does not store customers' debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.
  • Payment information is encrypted and handled by the payment gateway provider.

9. Transaction Charges

Any convenience fee, processing fee, bank charge, GST, or other applicable taxes levied by the payment gateway or financial institution shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Payment gateway downtime.
  • Banking network failures.
  • Internet connectivity issues.
  • Unauthorized transactions due to customer negligence.
  • Delays caused by banks or payment gateway providers.
  • Force majeure events beyond the Company's control.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to online payments shall first be reported to the Company's Customer Support. The Company will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

12. Cancellation

Service cancellation shall be governed by the Company's Cancellation Policy. Payment of charges does not automatically cancel any active service or subscription.

13. Privacy

Customer information collected during payment shall be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used for payment processing, billing, customer support, legal compliance, and service-related communications.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Company's website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Company's registered office is located.
